The part I like most is the messy beginning. The 0-to-1 stretch where a product is still a fuzzy idea and every early decision sets the tone for everything after. Early teams don’t need a fifty-slide deck. They need someone who can design the thing, build it, and get it in front of real people this week.

I believe products die from a thousand small compromises, not one big mistake. So I sweat the parts nobody asks about: the empty state, the error message, the half second before a page feels alive. Good design should feel obvious. Getting there almost never is.

Figma to shipped code, I stay close to the whole thing. If it carries my name, I’ve touched every pixel and every edge case.
